Shelees wish to give a fair marketplace for buyers and sellers, that’s enjoyable worry-free shopping experience for everyone. For help to protect our users we have provided a number of policies and guidelines. Please read that all carefully before you using Shelees.

Why does Shelees have this policy?

Everything you need to know to start buying on Shelees. First, you can see item details and specification seller have provided. But some listing pages have sellers special policies as payments, shipping, refund, feedback or etc… If include or did not include any sellers special policies you agree with this buying policies and guidelines.

Item Price:

1. Item price can be listed combined shipping costs or separately. Our most parcel delivery is free shipping with tracking number, but sellers can offer free-shipping with untracked parcel delivery for the low-cost items, it’s a lot more cost-effective, providing a lower cost option.
2. Buyer can see how are items status and seller shipping history, looking in sellers reviews and ratings. If not you can choose another shipping option, the item price can be higher.



1. Before buying on Shelees make sure your Shipping address is correct. Or not, you must correct it before payment.
2. Please leave a note in payment note when making the payment if you have any special request (colors/size).
3. A phone number is recommended for more accurate delivery.
4. The images shown are for your reference only.
5. All major credit cards are accepted through Shelees! offered secure payments.

Shipping & Handing:

  • Economic Shipping – 20-45 Days without Tracking
  • Standard Shipping, ePackets – 15-25 Days with Tracking
  • Express Shipping, DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT – 5-7 Days

1. Mostly offers WORLDWIDE FREE SHIPPING with Tracking Number, Standard Shipping, ePackets – 15-25 Days with Tracking. And  Express shipping is available if your choice.
2. Items will be shipped within a 1-3 business day after payment completed received. And it reaches most of the countries within 15 to 35 business days.
3. Delivery time depends on destination and other factors, Economic Shipping, it may take up to 50 business days. If you can’t receive it after 50 business days. Please contact us for resolution.
4. Shipping may be influenced by holidays, events and other uncertainties. We could not guarantee the arrival time.
5. Please be noted that customer from Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Canada, Greece, and Italy, due to your countries’ strict customs policy to merchandises from East Asia, delivery speed may be largely delayed.
6. Less than 0.5 percent of the bundle sometimes may get lost, but please don’t worry about it. If you still fail to get your ordered items within the estimated time, please feel free to contact us as quickly as you can. We will be responsible for resending your new items.
7. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
8. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.


Warranty and Returned:

1. Our sellers checking all items before sending out, if you received a broken / defective item, please take photos and send to us immediately.
2. Dead On Arrival (lost while shipping) or Wrong Item or Defective items will be offered exchange or refund. Refund will be offered if a stock is not available. We only accept those cases reported within 7 days.
3. Please check our description carefully before purchasing. If there is not anything wrong with our product or description, we won’t bear the return shipping.
4. 30 Days Refund, In order to return an item you must contact us to request a return address. Please keep all the package material, return items must be in good condition. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges with tracking. We will respond to pay the resend package.

2. We have reliable and experienced sellers, who have to sell on leading marketplaces. Please be responsible for your feedback.

4. If you have any unhappy case, Please contact the seller directly. So please don’t worry you will get a reply and solution in as soon as possible.


Dispute Notice:

If you have any questions about the shipping time & defective quality & items no received, Please contact seller first, they have agreed to respond within 24 hours. and give you the best resolution for buyers. Seller has to 3 working days resolve buyer facing issue. If not, the buyer can open a dispute case in Shelees HelpDesk.


After Purchase:

Shelees wish to give a fair marketplace for to make good deals buyers and sellers, then sellers are very important to us as our buyer. Most sellers on Shelees experienced and honer and verified sellers. Shelees allow selling the same item, multiple sellers, then each seller may have different prices. Before you buy you may decide goods/items buy or not. Genuine buyers not any question or action After purchased, buyer, not decide to demand unreasonable requests or cancel the transaction or Change minds, other seller offers a low price on Shelees or any other marketplace or etc… We have a strong Seller Protection program too as our Buyer Protection Program.

Buyers can cancel an order on Shelees about one hour after you purchase. If you want to cancel an order, you’ll need to ask the seller to cancel it for you. Buyers and sellers can cancel orders on eBay as long as both parties mutually agree to do so. A buyer can request a cancellation up to an hour after the transaction because the seller can ship to the same day as long as the seller has not shipped the item. If buyer don’t need item Shelees and our sellers don’t need to sell it.


Buyers and sellers aren’t allowed to share or request directly contact information prior to completing a sale outside on Shelees, You can use us at Shelees MyAccount dashboard and contact … If a seller or buyer asks you to complete a transaction outside of Shelees, please contact us as soon as possible.

Not allow to scammers fraud buyers registered with/provided you with false contact information (such as a fake address) seller report in the Reporting False Identities

We maintain some system avoid being scammed when buying or selling on scam/fraud ……  Because buying and selling is very safe on Shelees
